Results for the first quarter 2026

North Energy ASA (“North Energy” or “Company”) recorded a comprehensive loss of NOK 28.1 million in the first quarter of 2026 compared to a comprehensive loss of NOK 9.2 million in the same quarter last year. The loss reported this quarter is mostly driven by losses from associated companies of NOK 30.9 million, operating expenses of NOK 7.5 million, partly offset by positive change in fair value of financial investments of NOK 6.5 million, and net finance income of NOK 3.8 million.

At the end of the first quarter of 2026, North Energy’s Net Asset Value (NAV) was NOK 527.5 million. NAV increased by NOK 12.6 million (2.4%) from last quarter and decreased by NOK 26.1 million (-4.6%) from the same quarter last year, adjusted for dividends paid.
